Dracunculus Vulgaris - Arum Lily

This lily has large-fan shaped leaves and a purple spotted stem, after blooming in late spring the flowers form green fruits which eventually turn orange. The whole plant is spectacular and very exotic looking. Plant it where you can enjoy the beauty without having to smell the blooms. The odor lasts generally a day or two.
